I saw Jonathan tonight at 9 PM. He was awake long enough for me to talk to him. He grabbed my finger and squeezed it when I spoke to him. The vent tube removal is scheduled for 4 or 5 AM this morning. If he can breathe well on his own, he should be out of the CICU by Wednesday night.Keep praying for his little lungs to relax. The doctor and nurses are pleased that he's doing well. More posts Wednesday AM - probably around 10 AM.
